Dani had spent most of her life avoiding any form of exercise but in 2011 after the birth of her 3rd daughter, she decided it was time to start looking after herself. She found a love for a whole new world of fitness and joy in movement and never looked back. After losing over 30kgs, she worked hard to build strength, speed and mobility and now she loves helping others find their best version of themselves.
Dani has worked as an outdoor fitness trainer for 2 years, constantly learning and gaining experience then went on to gain her CrossFit Level 1 certification.
CrossFit takes her passion to a whole new level. Seeing her clients achieve things they never thought possible on a daily basis only fuels her fire.
As she keeps on learning and training, her goal is to be the fittest she can be and inspire her daughters to be both strong of body and strong of mind.

MegaWOD – Lifeline Fundraising WOD
Absolutely great turnout for our fundraising megaWOD on Tuesday 8th Dec. Guest speaker Vince Gareffa from Mondo Community Warriors shared his story and involvement with Lifeline Australia, and we helped raise a total of $576 on the night. Just incredible.
We truly appreciate those who have come forward and shared their stories with us – this is the reason for our decision to support and raise awareness on the terrific job that Lifeline Australia does and that help is available.

Fibre 2nd Birthday Party
5th Dec 2015, oh what a night to remember! Celebrations were held at Double Double Small Bar in Subiaco where the night kicked off with drinks, and food, lots of both!! We had some heartfelt speeches from our founder members Ana, Mark and Ronice which reminded us all just how amazing our community is. The night was a big one for many, with some of us continuing on to Llama Bar. Great night to remember – if you remember any of it that is!
Holidays Close Down
The box was closed from 24th Dec to 2th Jan for much needed holidays, rest and family time for everybody. Classes have resumed on Monday 3rd Jan 2016, with a new timetable with added classes to suit. See below.

Performance classes on Friday night will remain the same. These will be by appointment only and for those intending to compete in competitions, the CrossFit Open Games, 3v3 Showdown, Frantic or Primal Throwdown. Never too late to get into training now and get some highly varied and complex workouts in. Start planning ahead and get your teams ready or start your training for your individual comps. Preparation is the key.
The world wide CrossFit Games Open will begin on February 25th.
