There has been some confusion with Press/Push Ups. To me they are essentially the same, Push Up position is for the chest on the floor. Press Up is also another name for it.
 
The Strict Press is an overhead exercise with the bar over the head.
 
From now on all Push Ups (chest exercise), will be called as such and will not be called Press Ups to reduce the confusion.
