Every now and again there will be a hater. It does not bother me. Some people will be like that. They will think that they have the best way of doing things because it seems to be working out for them.
I respect that. Coming from many disciplines including pilates I respect all forms of exercise.
Don’t even think they are haters. They cannot even fathom what crossfit is about and no I am not going to shove it down their throats that this will be the end all of exercises that you need to be involved in.
You can decide for yourself. You can come and see for yourself what it does for others.
Your exercise program is your vehicle to get from A to B. So who gives a toss really what car you drive to get to work to earn the same dollar.
But I had to come up with the line in the picture.
All forms of exercise are forms of vehicles. It gets you from A to B. It does not matter how you get there with what method as long as it is safe and you are at the desired destination. Who cares if you used a BMW, Ferrari or a bus. It is all relative and irrelevant.
