The Snatch is one seriously complex movement that requires a lot of practice. The video above shows an 8 year old practicing with a loaded bar and straps. What a little boss!
Of course the young boy will not have any mobility or restrictive issues in their muscles and joints hence they will be easier to coach as compared to most of us who need some form of pre-Snatch prep months before we can perform a good efficient lift.
Notice in the background that this is a kids training facility. Learning when they are young!
