You hear it all time, New Year, New You, New Rear. Is there ever a time to start something because you took a break or even had some time off? Maybe you needed the time off, maybe the time was not right, maybe other more pressing things got in the way, maybe you have been training all year and needed some time off, maybe you have been lacking the mojo to do what you needed to do, maybe you needed a mix up and a bit of variety in your training? We get it. It happens to us all.

What ever happened last year, don’t worry about the outcome. Celebrate it or learn from it. Use it to rethink your new year and decade. Use it to fuel your desires and your wants. Self Care including managing your time to be fit and healthy is a discipline. It should be part of your routine.

But yes it is the new year and the new swing. You have 366 days to make it right. Enjoy and appreciate the journey. It will be filled with ups and downs along the way. It is all part of it. The journey to any destination is always challenging and sometimes enlightening.
