Class Descriptions:

CROSSFIT Classic CrossFit. A mix of Strength and Conditioning and Metcons (metabolic conditioning). Expect a mix weight lifting, gymnastics and endurance movements mashed up to challenge you physically and mentally.

CROSSFIT Beginners Slower paced class for Beginners wanting to work in skills and technique. Brush up on weight lifting movements, skills and a small metcon at the end. Beginner/Intermediate classes are on Tuesday and Thursday’s at 7pm.

WEIGHT LIFTING Spend a solid hour working on your Weight Lifting technique. Skills, Drills and Tech.

GYMNASTICS Bodyweight movements, Rings and Parrallettes. Skills and drills to improve your body awareness and gymnastics biased movements in CrossFit.

OPEN GYM Time for you to come in and work on those movements that you suck at. Do a Bench Press or a GHD Situp. Weekdays 7 to 9.30am and 4 to 6pm. and Sundays 9am to 12pm.

FUNDAMENTALS Learn the necessary movements we use in CrossFit. Fundamentals classes are for those who are not familiar with weight lifting movements like the Clean and Clean and Jerk and Thruster.

Fundamentals Classes are on Saturday 10.30am to 12.00pm and Sunday 10am to 11.30am.
