Looking for a new way to workout?

HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training centres around short bursts of very intense activity, alternating with periods of less strenuous activity or complete rest.

HIIT boosts your metabolism and raises your ability to burn calories all day long. This is because we consume a lot of oxygen during and after these types of workouts compared with slow steady state exercise.

HIIT burns more fat in your workout session as compared with running on a treadmill!

HIIT requires minimal equipment so anyone with limited gym experience can join in the intense fun!
