Wrist Stretch


1. Start in a Four Point kneeling position
2. Flex your wrist and place the top of your palm (watch face side) on the floor
3. Very slowly sit your body towards your heels increasing the stretch in your wrist
4. Hold for up to 1 minute
5. Place your palms just above your knees
6.Very slowly shift your body upwards above and in front of your wrists
7. Hold for up to 1 minute

Improved flexion and extension of wrists
