Stick Rotator Cuff Stretch

1. Using a broomstick or PVC pipe, place on the outside of your forearm.
2. Grab the stick high on the stick and with the other hand hold low on the stick.
3. Gently pull the stick so that it externally rotates the arm.
4. Hold for up to 2 minutes and maintain upright posture.
Loosens up rotator cuffs and allows external rotation
Improves rack position
