Squat Stretch


The Squat Stretch is a crucial stretch that everyone needs to do. The majority of us have lost a lot of mobility through sitting on chairs and the bottom position of our squats will look horrendous if this end position is not fixed with this simple stretch that can be done anywhere and at anytime.
 
1. Widen your foot stance to outside hip width
2. Lower yourself into a squat position.
3. Maintain heels on the ground.
4. Maintain upright body posture.
5. Hold for 2-5 minutes per day.
 
 
Benefits:
Loosen tight structures around the leg mainly ankles, achilles tendons, calves, hamstrings, glutes, quads, lower back, posterior chain
Improves Squat Depth
Improves balance at bottom of the squat
