Spinal Re-Alignment


1. Using a foam roller, start by sitting on the edge of the foam roller.
2. Lie longways along the roller and ensure that your spine is in line with the roller and your head is properly rested on the roller
3. Ensure that your knuckles are on the floor and up as high as you can
4. Breathe in deeply and slowly allowing your shoulders to wrap around the foam roller
5. Stay on here for up to 2 minutes
