Hip Opener


1. Starting from a push up position place one foot beside your hand
2. Using your hand closest to the foot, place your palm on the inside of your knee and push out
3. Straighten your arm as much as you can and open up the hips
4. Move your hips forward and upwards to increase the degree of the stretch
5. Move your hips to the opposite side of your arm push
6. Hold for up to 1 minute and swap sides

Improves hip mobility
Improves external rotation of the hip
Improves squat position
