Ankle Rolls


1. Lift working leg off the floor
2. Roll foot in a clockwise direction, drawing a very large circle with your toes
3. Repeat for up to 30 rounds
4. Repeat on the other foot

nb Take note of the circular movement you are drawing with your toes. Is it the same shape as a circle? Is it the same on both feet?
